RALEIGH, N.C., August 24, 2015 – Monica Smiley, publisher and CEO of Enterprising Women magazine, has appointed Mary Davenport, Jacqueline Muller and Debbie Oberbillig to serve on the Enterprising Women advisory board. The board is comprised of a select group of women and men who support the publication and give back to the women business owners’ community, by providing leadership, motivation and inspiration to thousands of women entrepreneurs across North America and around the world.

Davenport is president and CEO of TransTech IT Staffing. Since purchasing TransTech in 2002, the company’s revenue has grown from $8 million to $30 million. This growth is the result of an outstanding recruiting engine and a high-touch account management approach, which Davenport developed and directed throughout her tenure as president. TransTech is a supporter and sponsor of i.c. Stars, a rigorous technology-based workforce development and leadership training program for low-income adults. This program has helped develop Chicago’s most promising information technology talent by connecting them with career opportunities through social enterprise and partner organizations. Davenport is currently on the National Board of TechServe Alliance, an association of staffing firms that enhances member businesses and advances the IT and engineering staffing and solutions industry.

Muller is a world-renowned transformational coach, specializing in awakening personal freedom, motivation and contentment for business success and extraordinary results in every area of life. In just five years, Muller helped a Florida-based company’s revenue grow from $2 million to $100 million. Muller’s high energy and passion for human potential has taken her all around the world, working for companies based in the United Kingdom, Malaysia, Singapore, France, Germany, Canada and India. After achieving major breakthroughs at various international companies, Muller wanted to share her experiences, strategies, insights and expertise with the world. She became a Certified Behavioral Coach in 2004 and a Cross Cultural Coach in 2005. In addition, she is certified in Global Leadership Coaching. Muller has developed a range of unique and highly successful coaching programs called FAST TRACK TM, which is delivered through personal coaching with CEOs, MDs, executives and group coaching to managerial staff on behalf of corporations. Additionally, Muller is passionate about humanitarian and philanthropic endeavors, serving as a strong advocate for empowering children in remote and underprivileged areas. Since 2009, she has served as the international service director on the board of her Rotary Club.

Oberbillig is founder and president of Allen Partners, a Seattle-based full service finance and accounting recruiting company. In addition, she is the founder and chief coach of SuccessView Coaching & Consulting, as well as a facilitator candidate for the Daring WayTM. Based on the research of Brené Brown, the Daring WayTM helps individuals learn how to live a more wholehearted life. Prior to launching Allen Partners 12 years ago, she was an executive vice president at Hall Kinion, where she oversaw organic growth and management training across the country, helping to grow the business to $300 million in revenue. Oberbillig is passionate about giving back and is actively involved professionally and personally in several organizations that help families and animals in need.
