Seminar On Impact Of Election On Employee Benefits To Be Held August 30th

GREENVILLE, N.C., August 12, 2016 – Hill, Chesson & Woody (HCW), an independent benefits consulting firm, will host a free educational seminar on Tuesday, August 30th, at 400 Saint Andrews, located at 400 St. Andres Dr. in Greenville, NC. This program, a part of HCW’s Employee Benefits Ready series, will focus on what potential impact the outcomes of the 2016 elections could have on employee benefits at the national, state and local levels.

Two of HCW’s consultants, Hunter Walton, JD and Jordan Whichard, will walk participants through races up and down the ballot, from the presidential contest and gubernatorial race in NC, to potential outcomes in the US Congress as well as the NC General Assembly. Prior to joining HCW, Hunter Walton (R) worked in Washington, DC in staff positions in US House and Senate offices, while Jordan Whichard (D) spent the first half of the administration working inside the Obama White House.

With their experience in federal government, Hunter and Jordan will offer a unique perspective on the how the 2016 elections will potentially effect employee benefits.
