A Wireless Rebrands, Changes Name to Victra

Following several regional acquisitions over the past two years, the new brand is a strategic unifying step that embodies the winning spirit of its roughly 5,500 employees across the United States.

The name Victra represents an ambitious and winning culture, guided by the company’s core values – which include performance, collaboration, integrity, innovation and celebration. Victra is paired with a new theme line, “Connecting Technology to Life”, which speaks to a focus on empowering guests by expertly connecting them with the right technology products and solutions in a caring, fun and trustworthy manner. The dedication to this mission led the company to win Verizon’s 2017 award for the best overall customer service experience, an honor it has received two consecutive years.
