These three new communities include: the Tullamore Community off Rea Road in Marvin, N.C., which is being built by Pulte Homes and will include 47 homes at build out; the Autumn Grove Community in Mooresville being built by Essex Homes and featuring 65 homes at build out; and the Sutter’s Mill Community in Troutman featuring 255 homes at build out and being developed by True Homes.
