Association Management Solutions (AMS), an HOA, POA and COA management company serving the Greater Charlotte area, announced today that they have been contracted to manage two new commercial associations and two new residential associations in the region.

AMS will oversee the Commercial Owners Associations for the Arbors Professional Center Condominium complex in Charlotte, part of a mixed-use development off W. Mallard Creek Road. AMS will also manage the Southend Showplace Condominium Owners, part of a mixed-use development in South End. The two new residential Homeowners Associations include Oaks at McIlwaine, a 124 home community in Huntersville, and Pebble Run, an Essex Homes community in Matthews.

“We are proud to be expanding both our commercial and residential footprint,” says AMS President and CEO Alan Staten. “As POA and HOA laws and regulations continue to change and increase in complexity, we are definitely seeing a trend where more commercial and residential associations are seeing the wisdom and value in bringing professional, expert management. We are always excited for new opportunities to help improve the lives of those working and living in these communities.”
