Association Management Solutions (AMS), an HOA, POA and COA management company serving the Greater Charlotte area, has named Marie Gray, PCAM, as the company's new Regional Manager. In this capacity Gray will lead the AMS team of Community Managers, oversee various aspects of company operations and maintain direct hands-on property management for a select group of HOA communities. She will report directly to AMS President and CEO Alan Staten.

Gray has over 14 years of industry experience and was most recently Senior Association Manager with Hawthorne Management Company in Charlotte. She was with the Bissell Companies before joining AMS. Gray is also a nationally credentialed Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) and President Elect of the North Carolina chapter of Community Associations Institute.
