“We’re so excited to host our first Burgers and Brews dinner at this location,” said Cov DeRamus, general manager of the Raleigh Bad Daddy’s. “It’s very important to us to keep things local and support the Triangle community. Partnering with Raleigh Brewing Company and the Jamie Kirk Hahn Foundation for this dinner made perfect sense. ”

A portion of proceeds from the night will go directly to the young Jamie Kirk Hahn Foundation, a Raleigh nonprofit created to honor the legacy of its namesake, a political strategist and beloved community member who sought equal rights for all. Inspired by Hahn, the Jamie Kirk Hahn Foundation is dedicated to empowering local leaders to eliminate issues that plague the community, such as hunger and lack of education.
