Bobbitt Design Build recently finished construction on a 30,000-square-foot facility for Carolina Restoration Services – the largest family owned and operated full-service disaster restoration firm in North Carolina – located at 3401 Gateway Centre Boulevard in Cary.

Keeping business flow in mind at all times during the design and construction phase, the Bobbitt team worked with Carolina Restoration Services to create an office and warehouse space that would accommodate its growing business and workforce.

Specializing in 24-hour fire, water, smoke, wind, and mold remediation and restoration, the general contracting company required 10,000-square-feet of meeting rooms, offices and training spaces. Warehouse area was equally important, so Bobbitt ensured that the interior of the warehouse had a clear height of 26 feet for customer storage space. The front exterior of the building features brick, an exterior insulation and finishing system (EIFS) and storefront glass.

The new facility will allow Carolina Restoration Services to continue its growth in both the commercial and residential sector and improve response times due to its convenient central Triangle location.
