Lam, a partner in the firm’s Charlotte office, has been elected as Vice President of the Mecklenburg County Bar and appointed co-chair of the North Carolina Bar Association’s (NCBA) Administration of Justice (AOJ) Committee.

“We congratulate Chris on his election as Vice President of the Mecklenburg County Bar and his role as co-chair of the Administration of Justice Committee for the state bar association,” said Bradley’s Charlotte Office Managing Partner Dana C. Lumsden. “Our firm was built on a foundation of service and leadership in the legal profession and in the communities we serve. Chris’s service in these leadership roles continues that tradition.”

Mr. Lam will serve as co-chair of the NCBA’s AOJ Committee through 2018. He previously chaired the AOJ Committee from 2013 to 2015 and has been a member of the committee since 2010. The committee also is expected to work closely with the NCBA in evaluating and promoting recommendations from the recent report from the North Carolina Commission on the Administration of Law and Justice.

An experienced litigator and trial lawyer, Mr. Lam focuses his diverse practice on disputes related to contracts, earn-outs, trade secrets, business torts, product liability, LLCs and partnerships, defamation, non-competes, motorsports, and private equity investments. His clients include individuals, start-up businesses, middle market companies, and public corporations.
