Charlotte - Perfect Image Marketing, one of the city's best-known printing, marketing, and web design firms, has been sold to Charlotte entrepreneurs Andrew Horsey and Tom Pagani. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.

"Perfect Image Marketing has a 35-year track record of providing high-quality printed products to its customers, and a team that gives world-class customer service. Purchasing this company was an easy decision for us," says Horsey, co-owner and CEO.

Perfect Image began in 1981 as a printing company. Today, the company offers a menu of marketing services in one stop, offering unbiased marketing advice to help customers achieve their goals. Services include digital and offset printing; direct mail; fulfillment; graphic design; promotional products; web design; SEO management; point of sale and point of purchase materials; online portal management; and legal document services.

As part of the sale, the 35-year-old company will re-brand itself as PI Marketing and use tagline to "Perfect Image, Every Time."

Andrew Horsey, co-owner and CEO, has more than 25 years of industry experience. He previously co-founded United Media Graphics LLC., whose clients included Fortune 500 companies. UMG was one of the first print management organizations that provided quantitative savings to corporations by reducing the cost of raw materials used in the manufacturing print process. Horsey later sold UMG to Innerworkings, a Nasdaq-traded company.

Tom Pagani, co-owner and COO, brings 20 years of experience as a trusted senior-level service provider in the field of e-discovery, litigation support, and document management. He was co-founder and managing partner of Ivize Legal Services. He grew the business to more than 18 offices across the country before selling it to The Mt. Auburn Group in Boston.

Perfect Image strives to give back to the communities it serves. It has contributed to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, RunJenRun 5K Race in support of breast cancer research, The Children's Scholarship Fund, and other non-profits.
