With 100 homes sold since October, demand is high in the new resort-style neighborhood

Creekside at Bethpage, a new active adult lifestyle community currently under development in the popular Brier Creek area, has announced the release of its Phase II homesites with a total of 28 lots. This announcement comes as the master-planned neighborhood celebrated its 100th home sold since its grand opening in October 2015.

“The interest in our Creekside at Bethpage active adult community has been tremendous and we are releasing our Phase II homesites to meet the great demand in the market,” said Bill Kiselick, President of AV Homes’ Carolinas Division. “We are confident these newly released lots will soon be accounted for as prospective buyers have been patiently waiting for them.”

Phase II Section A

The first release of Phase II included section A, which features a total of 21 homesites with all but three backing to large, mature trees and scenic natural areas. In this section of the neighborhood development, buyers may select from 13 Great American and eight Classic Edition homesites and choose from Creekside at Bethpage’s Traditional, Craftsman and Carolina Farmhouse home elevations with floor plans ranging from 1,600 to 2,425 square feet. Homesites in this section are priced starting in the low $300,000s.

Phase II Section B

Most recently debuted, Phase II Section B plans offer a total of seven Star Edition homesites, nearly all backing to a private natural, tree-lined landscape. Some of Creekside at Bethpage’s most sought-after home offerings, prospective buyers may choose from expertly designed floor plans ranging from 1,320 to 1,608 square feet with purchase prices starting at $245,900.

“We’ve known from the start that there would be great demand for the special homes and lifestyle our community offers empty nesters and retirees, but to sell 100 homes in less than 10 months is certainly an exciting feat,” said Marie Lorimer, Vice President of Marketing for the AV Homes Carolinas Division. “Our Sales Team has done a fantastic job helping buyers realize the great opportunities Creekside at Bethpage will offer them as they begin a new chapter of life.”

In addition to the release of its Phase II homesites, Creekside at Bethpage is also anticipating the completion of its newly named Hemingway Hall recreation center in October. The 13,000-square-foot facility will include a fitness center with yoga studio, computer center, an art and pottery room with kiln, a billiards game room and more. On its surrounding grounds, homeowners will have access to a resort-style pool and outdoor kitchen, community garden and athletic courts for tennis, pickleball, bocce and shuffleboard. A fireplace gazebo and open-air amphitheater will round out the community space.
