Triangle Town Center and Commons, the largest shopping destination in the Triangle, is kicking off its free “Creekside Wined Down” event series. Starting on August 17 through September 28, every other Thursday from 6:30 – 9:30 p.m., the community will enjoy live music, lawn games and their favorites brews – all while taking advantage of every week back-to-school sales.

The August 31 ‘Wined Down’ event will feature a special performance from the Love Him Love Them Haitian Orphan Choir. The choir, made up of young Haitian children, lost everything in the Haiti earthquake in 2010, and they now live in the LifeSaver Orphanage in Haiti. This month, the choir is traveling across the Southeast to delight audiences and raise funds in support of their orphanage, making a special stop in the Triangle.

“Families and friends are in for a one-of-a-kind night out,” said Jennifer Jones, marketing director, Triangle Town Center and Commons. “The Haitian Orphan Choir is a truly inspiring group of young people, and we could not be more thrilled to give them a platform to share their mission, service and talent with our local community.”

The Creekside Wined Down will take place at Triangle Town Center’s Creekside Pavilion every other Thursday from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. through September 28. All events are weather permitting.
