In celebrating a combined 205 years of service, HF Financial and MassMutual Piedmont-Triad – general agencies of Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company (MassMutual) – come together to rebrand as MassMutual Carolinas. HF Financial will still serve the community as a financial planning firm.

The new name reflects an expanded service area which, along with the Greater Charlotte metro, includes Greensboro, Winston-Salem and Wilmington, as well as Greenville and Columbia, S.C.
