Hill, Chesson & Woody, a local benefits and consulting firm, has announced the hiring of Patricia Wilkins as Business Development Associate Team Lead. In this role, Wilkins functions as both a leader and doer, providing position leadership and insights, supporting corporate strategic objectives while being a ‘hands-on’ member of the team. She is responsible for managing a team of business development associates while working closely with sales and marketing.

Wilkins comes to HCW with 15 years of experience in management and sales with the Limited Inc. as a District Sales Manager and 8 years experience in the insurance field working for both MassMutual and John Hancock in client relations and new advisor development. As the current SAFEchild Board President, Wake County Guardian ad Litem, Women’s Giving Network membership chairman, former President of the Junior League of Raleigh and with 10 years on the Project Enlightenment Board of Advisors, Wilkins is a decorated member of the community. She is also a 2014 graduate of Leadership Raleigh.

Wilkins received her Bachelor of Science in industrial relations from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She resides in Raleigh with her husband and two children.
