The Institute of Real Estate Management Greater Raleigh-Durham Chapter 105 (IREM) will be holding a General Meeting at 12:00PM on Wednesday, May 18th at PNC Arena, Arena Club East, located at 1400 Edwards Mills Road in Raleigh, NC. This event will feature Jacob Rogers, the Government Affairs Director with the Triangle Apartment Association. Mr. Rogers is an accomplished organizational leader in housing and development and is an advocate for economic development and strategic growth for companies and communities. He will give an overview of the upcoming local elections in terms of their impact on development and the rental market.
