Celebrate life by the Catawba River with a full day of fun for all ages at the Masons Bend community grand opening.

Walk along natural trails to scenic views of the river and try out one of the hammocks. Play games on the lawn and have fun at the bug and wildlife demonstration from Anne Springs Close Greenway. See potters create pottery. Climb the rock wall, enjoy live music, and grab lunch, a craft beer, or treats from top food trucks.

It’s all on Saturday, September 24, 11 am to 3 pm at Masons Bend, 1680 Masons Bend Drive in Fort Mill. You can tour the model and showcase homes, and register to win a Big Green Egg and other prizes. Admission is free.

Builders at Masons Bend from Crescent Communities include Saussy Burbank, The Cunnane Group, and Fielding Homes, with home prices ranging from the $300s to the $500s. Homes feature a wide variety of styles, including craftsman, colonial, arts & crafts, and more.
