The event recognizes the best in the new homes industry from the Homebuilder’s Association of Raleigh/Wake County and the Home Builder’s Association of Durham, Orange, Chatham Counties.

Clowes has been in the building industry since 2006. During 2015, Clowes single handedly supervised the building of two of M/I’s fastest selling communities, The Creeks at Weston and Amberly Village Square. Not only did he open a start-up community with a product line, but in the process, he closed 63 homes well ahead of schedule.
