A local company founded by a father, son, and family friend now allows neighbors to rent items to and from others in their community, as well as provide convenient fee-based services. The company, NeighborTools, launched July 4th and already has over 100 user-provided items and services available on their website (neighbortools.com). Items available include construction and home maintenance tools, lawn equipment, trailers, bikes, coolers, cornhole boards, a ping pong table and more.

Need a miter saw for a one time project? NeighborTools provides a platform to conveniently rent items that you would rather not buy new from a big box store. Own a pressure washer you would like to rent to others for some extra money? Or want to offer services such as assistance with home projects, car detailing, or yard work? NeighborTools will list your items for rental and services for hire by others.

NeighborTools’ mission is to help those in need and that is why they are committed to giving 10% of profits back to the community.
