Rick Kelly, Managing Partner of Progressive Benefit Solutions, a full-service employee benefits consulting and brokerage firm based in Raleigh, NC, announced that Debbie Womble has joined the team as Director, Small Business. In this role, Womble’s primary focus is working with small businesses to target their needs and assist them in navigating the complex benefits landscape.

Ms. Womble brings a wealth of experience having worked in account management within the insurance industry. She has a strong understanding of the day-to-day service requirements to assist clients as well as how to help new clients with implementation of new benefits packages.

Ms. Womble is a native of North Carolina and was born and raised in Durham. Currently, she resides in Stem, NC with her husband and two children.
