Greater Raleigh-Durham Chapter 105 of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®) will host a visit by Chip Watts, CPM®, CCIM®, a Senior Vice President of the organization, on Wednesday, January 21, 2015. Watts will address chapter members at a luncheon meeting to be held from 12:00PM to 1:00PM at Mez Contemporary Mexican, 5410 Page Road, Durham, NC 27703.

Watts’ remarks will focus on key initiatives IREM® is undertaking to keep members abreast of the latest trends, techniques and technology in real estate management. Cost of the luncheon is $50.00.
