This webinar is designed for financial advisors and attorneys nationwide and offers CLE credits.

He is repeatedly invited to teach national courses for leading education providers in the financial and legal fields. A Certified Financial Planner and board-certified attorney, Herman-Giddens has hosted multiple webinars on IRAs, asset protection, and trusts. He has been voted a Super Lawyer on two occasions. He also launched the North Carolina Estate Planning Blog, ranked Top 25 in the US by LexisNexis in 2011.

“IRA Beneficiary Trusts and Post-Death Administration: New Estate Planning Tool” is part of Strafford’s CLE webinar series. The live national webinar takes place from 1PM-2:30PM EST on June 6, 2013. Discounted early registration fees, CLE credit, and a recording of the event are available. Participants can attend via the web, telephone, or a combination of both.
