Royal Oaks Homes Takes Top Honors In 49th Annual Wake County Parade Of Homes

RALEIGH, N.C., Oct. 16, 2014 – Royal Oaks Homes, LLC, an award-winning residential new homebuilder, continued to build on its strong foundation of local leadership with three awards in the 2014 Wake County Parade of Homes, presented by the Home Builders Association of Raleigh-Wake County. Judges presented Royal Oaks with the Category One Gold Award for its Claremont model, the Category Four Silver Award for its Edenton model and the Category One Bronze Award for its Banner Elk model. Homes in Category Four range from $290,165 to $315,691 and homes in Category One range in price from $175,000 to $224,700. Awards were presented at the Parade of Homes Awards Gala Dinner held Oct. 14 at the North Raleigh Hilton.

The Banner Elk townhome floor plan, located at 237 Beaconwood Lane in Holly Springs’ Forest Springs Townhomes neighborhood, is priced at $192,700. This townhome includes three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,807 heated square feet. Features include a first floor owner’s suite, second floor loft, covered full front porch, two-story living room, back patio, granite countertops, tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, separate laundry room and more.

The Claremont floor plan, one of Royal Oaks’ newest floor plans, is located at 892 Bartek Court in Fuquay-Varina’s Parker Pointe neighborhood. This year’s Parade of Homes showcased 187 new homes throughout the Triangle, ranging from a $175,000 townhouse to a $1.48 million estate. The event showcases the latest floor plans, designs and technological innovations in homes from local residential builders. All participating homes were open to the public during the weekends of Oct. 4-5, Oct. 10-12 and Oct. 17-19, and a panel of judges from across the Southeast determined the first, second and third place winners in each category.
