The Wake County Parade of Homes, hosted by the Home Builders Associations of Raleigh-Wake County and Durham, Orange and Chatham Counties, is one of the largest judged home tours in the country. Homes are divided into price categories and are judged by teams of builders and new home professionals from other counties. Judging is based on criteria such as floor plan, design, craftsmanship and quality. Gold, silver and bronze awards are given in each category.

"We are excited for our Parade of Homes winners in Traditions.” shares John Myers, President, JPM South Development. “All seven homes on parade had a lot of traffic and represented Traditions showcasing our community as a whole and what each builder on our team has to offer today’s homebuyer."
