Traditions at Wake Forest Hosts Grand Opening of The Club at Traditions with the Wake Forest Community

(Wake Forest, NC – October 13, 2014)— JPM South Development hosted the Grand Opening of The Club at Traditions on Saturday, October 4th. The event was held from 11am – 3pm, and provided the Wake Forest community and surrounding areas with a tour of the highly anticipated community clubhouse, The Club at Traditions, and Parade of Homes.

Over 400 guests visited Traditions. The Information Center and inventory homes were open to tour, along with seven Parade of Homes! There was a Food Truck Rodeo, WRAL101.5FM and B93.9FM Radio Remotes, DJ, and tons of kids activities. The first 100 registered families at the event received a Traditions tote bag and food voucher to spend on the Food Truck Rodeo.

This event marks the beginning of an extraordinary space in this community to gather with friends and family. The community clubhouse is home to the largest community pool in Wake Forest. The Club at Traditions will be the gathering place for homeowners featuring a zero entry resort-style pool with cabanas, a wet deck, and kid’s splash zone. In addition, there will be a pavilion amphitheater with fire pit, playground, and sand volleyball court all exclusive to Traditions at Wake Forest homeowners.

Directions: From I-540 take US Rt 1 (Capital Blvd) North for 6 miles. Take NC 98 bypass (exit 124) east for 2.7 miles. Just past the Gateway Commons/Lowes Foods Shopping center, turn left at the light onto Traditions Grande Blvd/Jones Dairy Road. Turn left on Lemongrass. 233 Springtime Fields Lane.
