Traditions at Wake Forest Hosts Realtor Parade Lunch Event

(Wake Forest, NC – October 23, 2014)— JPM South Development hosted a Realtor Parade Lunch event in Traditions at Wake Forest on Tuesday, October 7th. The event was held from 11:30am to 1:30pm and provided Realtors with a grand opening tour of The Club at Traditions and all the homes on parade.

The beautiful day provided a lovely atmosphere for a Carolina Panthers Game Day themed Realtor event. With more than 150 Triangle area Realtors attending, guests enjoyed delicious food and drinks catered by Empire Eats. Transportation was provided from The Club to the parade homes by limo carts sponsored by Towne Bank. Parade Homes and model homes were visited, and guests toured the community to see The Gardens, The Groves, and Bridgewater neighborhoods and Parade Homes within Traditions.

Realtors registered to win a Grand Prize Carolina Panthers Game Day Package including, Panthers Game Day tickets to a home Carolina Panthers game of their choice, a train ride to and from Charlotte, along with hotel accommodations and a $200 VISA gift card! Grand Prize winner was Roger Sloop from Strickland Road Coldwell Banker HPW office. Congrats Roger!

Just past the Gateway Commons/Lowes Foods Shopping center, turn left at the light onto Traditions Grande Blvd/Jones Dairy Road. Turn left on Lemongrass. 233 Springtime Fields Lane.
