Trig Modern, the design center and showroom located in Raleigh’s new Dock 1053 creative community. will host this month’s “Thirst4Architecture” networking event on Thursday, April 20, from 6-8 p.m. Free and open to the public, the event will be held in Trig’s furniture showroom at 1053 East Whitaker Mill Road, Suite 109, Raleigh.

Thirst4Architecture (T4A) events are an opportunity for modern design enthusiasts of all types to connect and converse in a casual atmosphere. The host business provides the location, food, beverages, and often entertainment.

T4As are also opportunities for those host businesses to share their services and offerings to these modern design enthusiasts.

Trig Modern specializes solely in modern design, both through its interior design services and in its showroom of furniture, accessories, lighting, and floor and wall coverings. This month, owner Bob Drake is especially excited about introducing his new Scandinavian Ply Collection of light, elegant, molded plywood seating to the T4A crowd. In fact, Trig Modern is the only vendor for the Ply Collection in the United States.

Thirst4Architecture events are part of North Carolina Modernist Houses public outreach efforts. Realtor Lesley McAdams is co-sponsoring the 2017 events.
