Calling all volunteers for the 16th Annual 24 Hours of Booty presented by Levine Cancer Institute.

The signature fundraiser of 24 Foundation, the 2017 24 Hours of Booty charity cycling and walking event will take place in Charlotte’s Myers Park neighborhood from 7:00PM Friday, July 28 to 7:00PM Saturday, July 29.

Approximately 300 volunteers are needed to support this year’s event in the following areas: packet pick-up; course and venue management; gear drop; booty store; hospitality; kids’ zone; mission; hydration station; all purpose; and breakdown. Volunteer shifts are assigned in three- and four-hour increments and opportunities are available for individuals and groups. All volunteers must register at https://www.24foundation.org/events/charlotte/volunteer/. For questions, contact 24 Foundation at 704-365-4417 or at contactus@24foundation.org.

“Volunteers are the backbone of our event by supporting fourteen hundred participants who are riding or walking to change the course of cancer,” said Mallory Walsh, executive director of 24 Foundation. “There are volunteer opportunities for everyone, so we encourage people to sign up as an individual, group or family. This is a great opportunity to participate in this fun event, while helping make a difference in the lives of people affected by cancer.”
