[DURHAM, N.C.] – All American Entertainment recently held a food drive in partnership with the Food Bank of Central and Eastern North Carolina through its community outreach initiative, AAE Cares. The partnership was developed to provide local families in Durham with nutritious meals needed to live a healthy lifestyle.
The food drive was organized by the AAE Cares committee and AAE employees donated food and non-perishable household items throughout the month of March. In total, AAE Cares collected 223 non-perishable items and 224 pounds of food.
“I am beyond proud of our company for coming together and organizing another successful food drive for our community," said Dylan Kirkpatrick, AAE Account Manager.
AAE Cares was established in 2017 and its mission is to “empower established community groups through resource support and outreach efforts to create positive change.” Most recently, AAE Cares hosted a Fall Festival for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Durham and Orange Counties. Earlier in 2018, the initiative held donation drives for the Animal Protection Society of Durham and the Ronald McDonald House.
