Capital Sign Solutions is proud to announce the recent hiring of Kenneth Lester as Vice President of Operations. In his position, Lester will oversee corporate-wide operations, supervise and direct company personnel, and assume responsibility for quality control of all products built and installed.

Lester graduated from North Carolina Central University with a BA in Political Science with a concentration in Public Administration. He brings over 15 years of experience in management and operations oversight. Prior to joining Capital Sign Solutions, Lester had an expansive career at Harlan Laws Corporation where he managed signage production and installation, directed employee training, supervised the operation of daily purchasing, and managed the operations of various corporate departments including Manufacturing, Purchasing, Installation, Shipping, and Receiving. He is also an active member of World Overcomers Christian Church in Durham. Speaking of his new appointment, Lester says that Capital Sign Solutions will give him the opportunity to make an impact on every phase of the signage process.

Company owner, Patrick Mills, has worked closely with Lester for several years and knew that his experience and expertise were a good fit with his company’s philosophy and strategic goals.
