Johnston County real estate office to focus on agent recruitment and accelerated growth

Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston, the leading real estate company in the Triangle region, has appointed Teresa Blasi as Associate Sales Manager and Broker-In-Charge of its Clayton sales office located at 110 Flowers Crossroads Way, Suite 101 in Flowers Crossroads Plaza. The company’s only office in the Southeast Triangle area, Blasi will focus on service growth and expansion through agent recruitment and strategic partnerships with area builders and businesses.

“Teresa is the perfect candidate for this leadership role at our Clayton office as she is as skillful in real estate as she is driven to succeed,” said Bill Guy, Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston Vice President-Managing Broker for the Garner, Fuquay-Varina, and Clayton offices. “A proud Clayton resident herself, she knows our Johnston County markets inside and out and continually proves to be a tremendous resource to our real estate agents and their home buyers and sellers.”

Blasi earned her real estate license in 2010 and joined Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston as Administrative and Recruiting Director for its Garner, Fuquay-Varina and Clayton offices. She quickly proved to be an asset to the real estate company utilizing her former experience as a multi-site small business owner to navigate her various responsibilities and support the three growing offices and real estate teams.

“Eight years ago, my husband and I left New Jersey seeking a better life for our family, and we found it in Clayton,” said Blasi. “I’m ready to grow our local real estate team to help other individuals and families learn more about this part of the Triangle—our great schools, the small-town settings, community offerings, and amenities. We know this area is on the brink of great growth and development and are excited to assemble a talented realtor team ready to showcase all that Johnston County is and will become.”

Since the start of the year, Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston’s Clayton office has gained stronger footing in the area real estate markets posting a 10 percent increase in home and property listings combined with sharp sales volume growth of 24 percent. “With Teresa leading our office, we are well positioned to continue that momentum to gain even more market share in the spring and summer selling seasons,” added Guy.

Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston operates 15 real estate sales offices in North Carolina from Mebane in the west to Goldsboro in the east. The full-service real estate firm has more than 900 real estate agents and professional staff members trained to Help People Win.
