Easter Seals UCP Announces New Chief Development Officer for North Carolina and Virginia

RALEIGH, N.C. - - Easter Seals UCP North Carolina & Virginia has hired Peggy Shriver as the organization’s chief development officer. In this role, Shriver will provide vision and leadership for Easter Seals UCP philanthropic priorities and goals throughout North Carolina and Virginia.

Shriver has an extensive background in fund development, building effective fundraising teams and developing long-term relationships and connections with non-profit supporters and corporate partners. Peggy and her family recently relocated to Cary, NC from Michigan where she was the executive director of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Michigan. Her past experiences include national director of event marketing for Easter Seals National and chief development officer for Special Olympics International.
