As an Inside Sales Representative, Brittany is responsible for introducing prospective customers to our unique approach to Managed Services and setting introductory appointments for our team.
Day in and day out Brittany reaches out to business owners across North Carolina, keeping clear documentation on our prospective customer's needs, and participating in a weekly meeting to keep our process on track.
As an Inside Sales Representative, Brittany has shown a strong internal drive to succeed, an energetic and entrepreneurial personality, a track record of achievement and has demonstrated the ability to overcome obstacles.
With Brittany’s strengths on our team, she brings awareness to TA’s unique approach to prospective clients in North Carolina. In short, Brittany energetic and positive can-do attitude helps deliver value to future clients through listening to their needs within their business and building an ongoing relationship with them through their time spent together on the phone.
Staff members like Brittany are what form the backbone of the Technology Associates and team and help us deliver Managed Services "awesomeness" to Small Businesses in Raleigh/Durham, Greensboro, and Charlotte.
With a background in Retail Management, Tier 1 Support, and Sales Management, Brittany has had the opportunity to not only reach her personal goals but also lead other up and coming sales representatives.
Her ongoing study in her field represents our commitment to always being a student of our craft through self-evaluation and on-going learning. What's more, she has a positive demeanor and a contagious can-do attitude reflective of our core values.
When she’s not at work, Brittany enjoys baking, singing karaoke, and spending time with her husband and two boys (ages 8 and 21 months!)
