<p>Neomonde Baking Company was founded in 1977 by four brothers who moved from Lebanon. Founded on the principal that anything the company sells must be good enough to serve their own family, the brothers based their business on what they learned tending the family's wheat fields, harvesting grain, taking it to be ground at the town mill and, most importantly, their mother's recipes. In 1989, the company added a deli case filled with foods prepared from family recipes using only authentic ingredients.</p><p>Today, the family-owned business operates two Mediterranean restaurant-café-markets which serve more than 750 diners daily. The commercial bakery produces more than 200 varieties of breads and pastries for about 300 wholesale clients, from Maine to Florida and as far west as Texas.
