Creekside at Bethpage, AV Homes, Inc.’s new active adult community currently under development in the Brier Creek area of Durham, recently received two STARS Awards from the North Carolina Home Builders Association (NCHBA) recognizing both its community logo and Sales Center as the very best in their respective categories.

Saylor far exceeded the award category minimum having closed 61 homes with a total sales volume of more than $20 million in less than a year
