Gary Triplett, CPM®, of Drucker & Falk, LLC, Raleigh, NC, has been honored by the Greater Raleigh-Durham Chapter 105 of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®) as the chapter’s CERTIFIED PROPERTY MANAGER® (CPM®) of the year. Triplett received the award in recognition of his outstanding contribution to the real estate management profession and the local community.

Triplett was presented with his award by Fred Dean, CPM®, Awards Chair of the Greater Raleigh-Durham Chapter 105 during the chapter’s Annual Officer Installation on November 12, 2014 in Raleigh, NC.

Triplett joined Drucker & Falk in 1996. With over 18 years of experience, Triplett is the Assistant Director of Multifamily Management for the Southeastern Region. He is a Certified Property Manager (CPM), Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP), Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), and holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He held the position of President of IREM’s Greater Raleigh-Durham Chapter 105 in 2012 and 2013.
