More than 1,600 residents of Cary and the surrounding areas helped with fundraising efforts during the 2017 Waverly Place Spring and Fall Wine Walk Series. A total of $16,080 was collected over six “Sip While You Shop” events held the last Fridays in March, April, May, August, September and October. All funds were donated to the Kay Yow Cancer Fund to help end women’s cancer. Waverly Place, an award-winning shopping, dining, and entertainment destination, is excited to continue its partnership with the Kay Yow Cancer Fund in 2018.

"Our relationship with the management team at Waverly Place and the individual store owners has been fantastic. We love any time we can be a part of a first-class event in the community Coach Yow called home for more than 30 years,” said Stephanie Glance, CEO, Kay Yow Cancer Fund. “Waverly Place is actively helping to raise money to fight all women's cancers through the Kay Yow Cancer Fund."

"We’d like to thank our sponsors, specifically Johnson Subaru and Stanley Martin Homes, tenant partners, volunteers, and employees for enabling us to give back to the community. We look forward to continuing our partnership in the spring and fall of 2018,” said Mary Langdon, General Manager of Waverly Place.
