24-Hour Charity Cycling Event Expands Recruitment Team

24 Hours of Booty has hired Val Camargo as a fundraising and recruitment coordinator for the organization’s event in Indianapolis. In addition, Brittany Wilson has been promoted to a full-time position as fundraising and recruitment coordinator for 24 Hours of Booty of Columbia, Md.

Camargo brings experience in advertising, marketing and fundraising to her role. Previously, she worked for the Charlotte SPCA, Time Warner Cable Media and The SportsOneSource Group. She graduated from the University of South Carolina where she earned a bachelor of science in business administration and marketing .

With 24 Hours of Booty since 2015, Wilson first served in the internship program and was then promoted to communications and outreach coordinator. She graduated from Gardner-Webb University with a bachelor of arts degree in Communication Studies and Public Relations with a minor in Business Administration. She is currently pursuing her Masters degree in Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

“We’re excited that Brittany [Wilson] and Val [Camargo] are part of our team to help further our mission, as well as grow and support our rides in Indianapolis and Columbia, Maryland,” said Peter Davis, executive director of 24 Hours of Booty.
