24 Hours of Booty, Inc. – which runs the Official 24-Hour Cycling Event of LIVESTRONG and the premier national 24-hour road cycling charity event in the country – has moved to new and larger office space in its current building located at 500 E. Morehead Street, Charlotte, N.C. 28202. Their new suite number is 218.

Both Morehead Properties, Inc. and Burgess Pinchak, Inc. donated their time and services to 24 Hours of Booty in helping the organization with the office relocation. Chris Moffat served as the organization’s real estate agent and Jodi Burgess Pinchak designed and planned the new space pro bono.

“We’re excited for our new space that features an improved and more integrated layout for staff, and more room for volunteers and storage to better meet our needs,” said Basil Lyberg, executive director of 24 Hours of Booty. “We’re very appreciative of Chris [Moffat] and Jodi [Pinchak] for donating their time, talents and expertise in finding and designing this ideal space that can evolve with us as we continue to grow and expand nationwide.”

The 11th Annual 24 Hours of Booty presented by Levine Cancer Institute in Charlotte will take place July 27-28, 2012. In addition to the Charlotte event, 24 Hours of Booty will also host its inaugural 24 Hours of Booty of Indianapolis at Butler University on Friday, June 29-Saturday, June 30, 2012; the Fourth Annual 24 Hours of Booty of Columbia, Md. at the Gateway Business Park “Booty Loop” on Saturday, Aug. 25-Sunday, Aug. 26 2012; and the Third Annual 24 Hours of Booty of Atlanta on Saturday, Oct. 6-Sunday, Oct. 7, 2012.
