Bobbitt Design Build has started construction on a 24,000-square-foot flex investment building located at 7249 ACC Boulevard in Raleigh near Glenwood Avenue and I-540.

The building, which is owned by Adcori ACC 1, is a new pre-engineered metal building with both office and warehouse space available for sale or lease. Two tenants, Centrifuge Media and Global Value Commerce, already have plans to relocate to the property once it is completed. Each company will occupy 10,000 square feet of space.

Bobbitt will customize floor plans for the committed tenants, create ample parking, and ensure truck court accessibility with both drive-in and dock high overhead doors. The structure will be compatible with two other buildings on adjacent properties.

Anticipated completion for the new flex investment building is December 2014.
