Acquisition expands technology offerings to customers

Amerizon Wireless, North and South Carolina’s largest provider of two-way wireless communications equipment and solutions, announced the acquisition of Karaman Communications, Inc. located in Fayetteville, NC.

Since 1987, Karaman Communications, Inc. has served and installed a multitude of telephone system customers in the industrial and commercial sectors, hospitality,property management, warehousing, transportation, education, healthcare/hospitals, public safety and many other organizations in the Fayetteville area. Karaman Communications, Inc. also provides IT managed services as an area of specialization as well.

Terms of the transaction were not announced.
