Elia started at Griffin Home Health Care in 2011 as a client services representative. He brings more than 12 years of retail and customer service experience to his role including 11 years at Hannaford Supermarkets (Mass.) where he served as Nature’s Place Supervisor and as a grocery and customer service associate. He attended Virginia Polytechnic Institute with a degree in engineering and geo-science.
