April Marks Silver Anniversary for McLaughlin Young Group

McLaughlin Young Group (http://mygroup.com) announced today the celebration of its 25th Anniversary of helping organizations increase the effectiveness and productivity of their workforces.

McLaughlin Young was founded by R. John Young, Ph.D. as Corporate Health International on April 1, 1987 to help create healthy organizations so that they might operate at their full potential. Today, the network includes almost 30,000 clinicians and consultants spanning 150 countries and is contracted by organizations ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. Clients range from National League of Cities, National Gypsum, State of North Carolina, Sharonview Federal Credit Union, and Goodwill International.

• Maintaining longevity with clients two of which have been with the firm for 25 years; 18 clients have been with the firm over 20 years.

• Staying loyal to staff, 25 percent of whom have been with the company more than 10 years.

• Serving as an independent employee assistance program provider for 20-plus years.

• Donating a stay in Ireland to the American Heart Association’s “Heart Ball” event every year for the past 17 years.
