Association Management Solutions (AMS), an HOA, POA and COA management company serving the Greater Charlotte area, announced today that they have been contracted to manage four new residential associations in the region.

AMS will now oversee the Home Owners Associations for Rosecliff, a new development of 46 single-family homes in Waxhaw from builder David Weekley; Central Living at Iverson, another new David Weekley development of 22 townhomes; Wesley Chase, a single-family home development of 30 homes in Union County; and Hawthorne Court Condominiums with 17 condos in Charlotte.

“It is always an honor to welcome new associations and Boards into our family," said AMS President and CEO Alan Staten. “We are seeing more and more new developments which continue to reinforce the fact that the economy is once again growing in and around Charlotte. We are also continuing to see changes in HOA laws and regulations making competent association management more important and valuable than ever before. We look forward to helping improve the lives of those living in these communities.”
