Association Management Solutions (AMS), an HOA, POA and COA management company serving the Greater Charlotte area, announced today that they have been awarded the commercial management agreement for Property Owners Association (POA) Lakepoint located in Charlotte, N.C. POA Lakepoint is a recently developed commercial park located near Charlotte Douglas International Airport off Yorkmont Road.
