Association Management Solutions Goes High-Tech with New Company VoIP System

Bookmark and Share Charlotte, NC - June 02, 2014 -

Association Management Solutions (AMS), an HOA, POA and COA management company serving the Greater Charlotte area, has joined the growing ranks of small businesses to install and operate their entire telephone and voice communication systems using Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) technology. The system means all AMS phone calls and voice communications run exclusively through the Internet. Many small businesses still rely on traditional landline technology.

“The new VoIP system is simply amazing,” says AMS CEO/President Alan Staten. “Not only is there a significant cost savings but we have so much more flexibility. Our team can now easily work remotely as their office phone and messages are instantly transferred to wherever they are. We also now have an unlimited number of ‘phone lines’ at our disposal.”

Staten also likes the advantage of being able to easily open additional offices without the hassle of installing new phone lines—a major advantage when considering future growth opportunities for the company. By simply plugging into the Internet, a new office could be up and running almost instantly.

“Occasionally it seems some of the new technology out there can actually slow you down more than help you,” noted Staten. “But this new VoIP system is quite the opposite. We’re very excited about its versatility and mostly how it enables us to provide even better service for our clients.”
