Band Together NC, a Triangle-based organization whose mission is to raise funds and awareness for select charities through events that showcase and support musical talent, officially unveiled its new logo and website during its monthly After Work Social at Five Star Restaurant in downtown Raleigh on Feb. 24. The rebranded logo was designed courtesy of S&A Cherokee and website courtesy of Atlantic Business Technologies, Inc. (Atlantic BT).

“We are thrilled with how our new logo and website turned out, and I know it will take Band Together in a bigger and even better direction in the coming years,” said Danny Rosin, president and co-founder of Band Together. “This organization has grown and improved tremendously over the past 10 years, so it was time our website and brand followed suit. We are very thankful for the great work that S&A Cherokee and Atlantic BT did to make it a reality.”

After 10 years of service to the community, Band Together decided to kick off its second decade with an updated logo and website to better serve and connect with its charity partners, donors, music lovers and the community. Made up of more than 500 volunteers throughout the Triangle, Band Together raises awareness through music and entertainment, proving that supporting a good cause can be fun and rewarding.

“We are excited to be a part of a wonderful organization like Band Together,” said Jon Jordan, president and CEO of Atlantic BT. “The energy and enthusiasm is so contagious and the contributions made to the community so incredible, we couldn’t wait to give something back.”

To date, Band Together has raised over $1 million and contributed to 11 local charities. For 2011, Band Together has set a goal to raise $500,000 for its charity partner, Alliance Medical Ministry.

“Working for Band Together over the last three years has been one of the most fulfilling activities S&A Cherokee has been a part of and we’re honored to be partnered in the rebranding and growth of the organization,” said Chuck Norman, owner and principal of S&A Cherokee. “We’re committed to growing this organization through our PR, marketing and design efforts for years to come and encourage all Triangle businesses to take a hard look at Band Together as a way to give back to a different worthy charity every year.”

Corporate donations have come from businesses around the Triangle such as Cargill, S&A Cherokee, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina, Bank of America, Duke Realty Corporation, Lincoln Theatre, Synergy Commercial Advisors, RPG Solutions, Brand Fuel, Trisure, Capstrat, Prometheus, Hosted Solutions and Manning, Fulton & Skinner, PA.
