Norris Team leader is paving way for new breed of “no-nonsense”, technology-driven real estate agents

(Raleigh, NC) - Century 21 Triangle Group is pleased to announce the continued growth of its team of “Smarter. Bolder. Faster” real estate agents with the addition of Steven Norris and his namesake group, the Norris Team.

Steven Norris has been a licensed North Carolina real estate licensee for three years and has garnered professional designations such as At Home with Diversity and Performance Management Network (PMN) during that tenure. His unique style of “no-nonsense” and tech-forward leadership have also earned him leadership roles such as being voted as the first male president to the Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS®’ (RRAR) Women's Council of REALTORS®, a 2015 Presidential appointee to the RRAR Board of Directors, and is nominated for the 2015 Regional Rising Star Award. Additionally, Norris is an active part of the 2015 North Carolina Association of REALTORS® Leadership Academy.

The Norris Team is comprised of six agents: Shannon Brien, LIly Canbel, Marisol Martinez, Shay Matthews, and Preston Perry. This diverse team of agents represents proficiency in representing clients in English, Russian, Spanish, and Ukrainian languages. Areas of focus for the group include first-time home buyers, investors and luxury properties above $600,000.

“Our team motto is ‘keeping it real in real estate,” says Norris. “We work collectively. Our clients hire their realtor, but we collectively are going to make their goals happen. We’re about the experience, not just the sale.” When asked about his growing team, Norris notes that he doesn’t want to hire “salespeople”, that he instead hires agents that “love what they do and are passionate about what they do, operating with an intensity for their passion” and he’s looking for “open-minded, overachievers” to keep growing with the Norris Team.
