CEO Inc., a Charlotte-based staffing firm, has hired Caroline Donnell and Mark Angel as recruiting managers.

Both Donnell and Angel will be working at CEO Inc.’s Charlotte office. Donnell has more than seven years of retail and sales experience and is a graduate of The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Angel spent the last 25 years in sales and business development for Fortune 500 companies including Kraft and Quest Diagnostics, as well as many entrepreneurial start-ups.
