Charlotte-based and full-service recruiting firm CEO Inc. announced today that its CEO Inc. Giving Fund has collected and distributed more than $117,000 in donations in 2013. The fund awards money each month to Charlotte area charitable and non-profit organizations that are suggested by and chosen collectively by the CEO Inc. staff. While completely voluntary, each staff member contributes money to the fund and the company contributes a portion of each month’s profits.

In 2013 the CEO Giving Fund granted $117,990 in charitable donations and took in $105,545 in new contributions. Since the program began in December of 2011, $202,670 has been given to local charities and non-profits.

Some of the many organizations helped by the CEO Inc. Giving Fund include Hope Cancer Ministries, Charlotte Rescue Mission, Charlotte Symphony Orchestra, Pregnancy Resource Center, Special Olympics, Bless Back Worldwide, Dove’s Nest, Lois’ Lodge and Well of Mercy.
