Charlotte-based and full-service recruiting firm CEO Inc. has named Director of Executive Recruiting and long-time Senior Associate Don Cartwright as a new partner in the firm. Cartwright first joined the company in 2004 and oversees the Plastics, Chemical and Composites industries Division and CEO Inc.’s company-wide business development initiative.

Cartwright graduated from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and a MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Prior to joining CEO Inc. in 2004, he spent 30 years in the chemical/PET fiber/recycling business working for Celanese, then Wellman, Inc. where he served as VP/GM of Wellman’s recycling division and Sr. VP of New Business/Product Development.
